PS3 – Human and organizational factors
The issue of human error generally involves the relationship of this phenomenon with the management and control of risk technologies given that generally applicable information on evaluation tools for analysis and reduction of human error in all types and sizes of industrial enterprises exist. Human factor issues affect many areas in the corporate sector, such as the design of machines, working conditions and working environment, safety management, management and operation of machinery and technological equipment, materials storage, transport, industrial activities and so on.
Objectives and priorities of the research
In line with recent developments in the area of the human factor in the EU and OECD countries and also with regard to the status of these issues in the Czech Republic we can propose the following structure of priority, problem and strategic themes which should be addressed in the medium term:
